Etimoloji
Türkçeye Almancadan geçmiştir. 'an' (yönlendirme, ekleme) ve 'melden' (bildirmek, haber vermek) kelimelerinin birleşiminden oluşur. 'Müracaat etmek' anlamıyla resmi ve idari süreçlerde yaygın olarak kullanılır.
